Personality: Tou is a man of the law. Keeping away the memories of his past, he prefers to make sure everyone is in their place and does not care for their standing in his life. Now while not exactly a harsh person he prefers that people do not having qualms with others as this cuts down on the conflict between friends. Because of this and his general want for acceptance among his peers, he tries to make friends fast and easily, but takes the quickest route to disperse any disputes that come up while in the mix to keep the peace. While usually at peace with himself, his main fear is giving in to his more harsh desires though is able to keep himself calm in even the most stressful situations.


Appearance: 6’2 In height. Long black hair pulled back into a pony tail to keep it out of his dark emerald green eyes. Stubble dots his face from time to time, but is otherwise always clean shaven. Wearing a sleeveless top and other wise normal Shinigami outfit. Both forearms have green bracers as well as shin guards on both lower legs with the normal shinigami sandals. Accessories included are a small bag of white sand on his belt and a jade mjolnir hangs from his neck.


History/Background:Every good hero needs a good back story, this is where you should put yours. (note: don't say they were a captain or a powerful prodigy that is unoriginal and been overly used.)

From what he can remember, Tou-Fan grew up in the Rukongai, District 40 North as a construction worker. Building shops and houses for those who needed it, while also going to the more prominent districts to collect payment for the structures he worked on. While nothing special, Tou was good at what he did. Not having a family of his own, he has a semblance of a family that consisted of a pair of twins Kaze & Kouu that he pulled away from District 60 West, giving them a better home and a safer environment.

Being good with his hands as well as designing buildings, Tou was asked to work on structures in the Seireitei including the Central 46 Compound and newer additions to the training academy. Not seeing anything odd about this, he freely wandered between the Rukongai and the Seireitei seeing it perfectly normal while others looked upon him with unease. At a point, he began to notice Kaz &Kouu were falling ill whenever he stayed home for prolonged periods of time. Due to his worriment, he brought the subject up to one of the teachers at the academy. Almost right away, he was told he should train himself to control his Reiatsu output as to not harm those around him when he spends time in his District. By paying with his services, Tou was able to attend the academy part time and become deputized as a Soul Reaper until he gained further schooling. Until then, he was issued patrols in ten of the Northern Rukon Districts.


Patrolling his districts during the week and working on personal projects during the weekends Tou was almost too busy to have a personal life, but he seemed to always make time for the ones he cared about. It was at this point in his joint careers that Tou-Fan viewed becoming a Shinigami an over all career improvement. Dropping his construction business all together, he pushed himself through the academy learning kido at an impressive rate; though fell off a bit in the form of kendo due to not really being a person of offensive combat. It was during his training in the academy that he discovered the name of his Zanpaktou and how to wield it in a fashion that he was the most familiar with. As of recently he has been assigned to the 11th Division of the Gotei and working his way toward the captain position.
