Name: Absorb

Offensive
Upon establishing a connection with the opponent's blade or body, Viper steals Reiatsu for its wielder. Amount varies based on the duration of the established contact or amount of Reiatsu put into the attack.

2nd Technique [Bankai]

Name: Viper's true form.

Supplementary
Summons a humongous snake that drains the Reiatsu of the opponent(s), replenishing the Reiatsu of its wielder. Once slain, the wielder has to wait for four posts until he can use this technique again. Every consecutive use during the same battle will result in a larger amount of smaller snakes per use. 1 - 2 - 4 etc. The amount of Reiatsu drained will be independant regardless of the size of the snakes, however the smaller the snake the larger the penalty to both offense and defense of the wielder.

I don't see any relation of nature family in your 1st technique. For 2nd technique, increase it cooldown as it is a summon and it is in bankai. And for me, just my POV, I think this is more like a neutral type one.
