Cero Rules Thoughts

I won't go into any special ceros here just the standard.

For Cero, it can be used once and cooldown of five posts.

For Bala, it can be used up to three times with one post cooldown for each shot.

I say the for Cero you could have either one post charge for it to make it full strength or like a instant one at half the strength, and make it like a 4 post cool down

Bala, I say you should be able to fire off 5 then have a 3 post cool down, this is just using Yammy as an example for how to base the Bala.
